Our care assistants are handpicked for their commitment, professionalism and expertise in the field of social care and we invest heavily in their training and on-going professional development is positively encouraged.
All of our care assistants go through a robust selection process:
Each person being individually interviewed by us, have to submit two references, a full employment history, and have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before we employ them, which includes their suitability to work with vulnerable adults. This is all designed to ensure safety and confidence.
All of our care assistants are already in possession of either the Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or if not commit to undertake the training at commencement of their working life with us.
